1️⃣You may be contacted by an adjustor and/or by email for more details. 
   

2️⃣ The adjustor may ask for written descriptions of damage. You may also receive an email and app notification that will guide you through a process to take photographs of damage in your home. You will be able to do this right in the app. 

   

3️⃣Once we have received all needed information, we will reach out to you to discuss the damage, and how to proceed.
